Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- In the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal or hygiene items
- Hazardous or flammable products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, partial refunds may be given, such as:
- Items showing clear signs of use
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, games, etc.)
- Items not in original condition
- Damaged or missing parts (not caused by us)
- Items returned after the 30-day period
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and sent to your original payment method within a few business days.
⏳ Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account
- Then contact your credit card company (it may take time to process)
- Then contact your bank (processing delays can happen)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit after the return is received
If the item was not marked as a gift:
- The refund will be sent to the original buyer
🚚 Shipping (Returns)
To return your product, please send it to the address provided by our support team.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping may be deducted from your refund
Delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
